Hello all Island Villagers,
Our community is alive and vibrant with the return of so many residents. Every now and then, it's helpful to remind ourselves of the rules and procedures we use at Island Village. One of the things we've thought might be helpful to restate is the process, rules and procedures around RENTALS.
In summary:
1. All LEASES shall be for a minimum period of thirty (30) consecutive days (or one calendar month) and for a maximum period of one (1) year.
2. No more than three (3) leases may be made in any one calendar year.
3. A rental application needs to be completed and sent to Julie Conway at C & S Community Management (jconway@cscmsi.com) along with a $125 processing fee made out to Island Village Condominium Association for new IV renters (for a background check for new lessees only) or a $25 fee for past IV renters.
Please click here for a copy of the application that must be completed whenever a unit is being rented. Our management company, C&S Community Management must receive the completed form along with the appropriate fee at least 10 business days before the rental period will begin.
